Small events cans sometimes be tricky to organise, especially when you have small groups of people travelling from different areas.
We have vehicles to accommodate all group sizes and so whether you require taxis or minibuses, MPV’s or coaches, Bouden can get your passengers to and from your event safely, efficiently and cost effectively.
To us, it’s not all about how much money we make. Your small event will be taken care of in the same way that a large event would be and we will put in just as much time, energy and attention to ensure all runs smoothly for you.
Our clients really are at the core of everything that we do here and so whether you spend £50 or £50,000.00 it makes no odds.
Our friendly and experienced team of experts are here to support you through the process and we can talk through driver’s hours and regulations, best leave times and the most cost effective and comfortable options for your passengers.
With vehicles of all sizes, you never pay for too many empty seats as we can usually provide a vehicle that is close to your group size.
Typically we would recommend that you only place 2 passengers on our car services, as we do not typically allow for passengers in cars to sit next to the driver.
For groups of 3 or more, we have 6 or 7 seat MPV’s.
For small groups we have minibuses that range in size from 16 to 19 seats.
Midi coaches usually have between 24 and 29 seats.
Coaches range from 49 seats to 63 seats.
You will not find a toilet on any vehicle less than 49 seats as their axles are not large enough.
We can provide multiple vehicles of any sizes on any day and at any time, so for groups travelling from different locations, don’t hesitate to ask us for help.
Your sales representative will accommodate any changes and we do not typically charge admin fees for time changes unless these take place less than 48 hours prior to the event resulting in challenges with scheduling.
